Having now been told I am going to be in the Falklands 6 months early - Clare and I wont be attending

OK so a call out to those that expressed an interest but have yet to book, in order for this to work we really need to understand how many people and vans are turning up for the event to ensure toilets etc are sufficient. So far we have received only 15 bookings yet over 50 people expressed an interest in the event.

If you are planning on attending I'd be grateful if you could book in advance in order to make the planning easier,
