Email Notifications not working

Last few weeks not been getting emails to say that a thread has been updated.
Thought it was my email account so changed it to another one.
Still now't

Checked the User Control Panel and couldn't see anything untoward in there.

Any ideas what it could be??

we had a bad hack where someone put an email script exploit and the email address has been changed apologies

no joy... any email we put up or change gets the same exploit. unfortunately it means a server change for the whole site at the moment. that wont happen with out a lot fo testing so please accept my apologies. im setting up a new [hopefully more stable/reliable] server at the moment.
