I left my mate and his 5 yr old lad for 10 mins once as i popped to halfrauds for some more fuel line came back to find the 5yr grinning as he had just operated the jack and helped his dad to put my engine back in!

ha very cool.

i brought my beetle into have it given the once over for the MOT a while back. The mechanic is 74ish (i think) and i later found out he's had a triple heart bypass. My Missus was outside waiting to pick me up with the engine running. He had the engine out before i got back into the car i reckoned about 8-10 mins by himself! hes a bit of a leg about these parts. he did chip a wheel arch changing the brake drums though He said he would never work on a bus as too bloody tight in the engine bay and wrecked his back before reaching the nut beside the starter.

Simular thing happend to me ,tied the dogs to the back off the camper just to go to the toilet ,came back out to find one dog looking a bit sheepish ,the buggers had removed to engine and replaced the flywheel oil seal and put it back in again...!!!!!!

It was hell getting the grease of their paws... :evil:

I reckon you guys need to slow down and chill out just a little bit more Nearly got a headache watching you two running round there like mad things. Oh,,, and the guy on the deck,, well I do hope he was wearing protection,, if you know what I mean, that looked like it could have got disastrously painfull with just one wrong step :shock: Hats off though,, brave brave fella. I may make a vid as well, but you`d maybe nod off watching me in my garage unless it was the speed rolling of ciggies :lol:
