Hi,
I am about to install a second hand Turbo Thomas tuck away silencer and wondered how i should be attaching the heat shields that are under the cylinder heads. They were originally attached to the heat exchangers, however I will now be running J tubes. Also do I need to do anything with the original thermostat / flaps etc?
I also presume I should be using the copper slip in style manifold gaskets to match the manifold port size.
