Finding information from old websites?

i came across a way of looking at old websites that were several years ago.. Does anybody remember the website or how to do it?

I'm trying to find forum threads or wven montypic old links as I cannot find old photos of my van when it was purple and green. seems Montypics deleted stuff sometime ago .. Oops.
