Fitting a 1303 box

So i built my early bay up with a early box have driven about 1 mile in it and box is crazy noisy in it, i fitted a new clutch etc into it, will i need a different thrust bearing? To fit the 1303 box into my bay? I have done research on whats involved in fittingone just cannot find a definate answer on clutch cheers
