fitting new carbs and axle adjusters

i'm looking to buy twin 34 ict carbs to fit to my van. can anybody recommend somebody in the west mids/staffordshire area to fit them ? also looking to have adjusters fitted to front axle.
any help or advice would be much appreciated.
