Front shock absorbers

Hi

When I go uneven road surfaces and pot holes I've had a bang/crunch is it time for new shock absorbers and if so which? I've got a new front axle and the van is slightly lowered, wheel clears the wheel arch just!

Anyway any thoughts welcome.

Had something similar (although mine is stock) and was too shock bolt loose

And if shocks are fubar I have a brand new set of gr2's stock length [emoji1]
