Hi,

used bus this weekend and have not had anyone in back before but my son complained of a bad fuel/fumes smell whilst sitting on R&R bed.

Any ideas??

Check all your fuel lines - could be the filler neck joining pipe that has perished if it was smelly around the buddy seat

Could just be the gasket in the fuel cap, I changed mine for a locking one and no more fumes.

Usually its the little rubber elbow that connects the vent pipe at the top of the tank. It's behind the firewall if you have one fitted so could be a bit of a pain...

Yep mine was the fuel cap gasket, got a new one from heritage and no more fumes or headaches in the morning...cept from the Stella.
