Fuel tank hose

Im sure I'm probably just being dim but how do you change the fuel filler hose ?
I have a new rubber one with two clips but no room to get to the filler end ?

Undo the clip you can see at the tank end, then remove the three screws securing the fuel filler neck inside the filler flap.
The filler neck will then come out, with some fiddling, with the hose attached.
