Usually all at sea and three sheets to the wind!
So, I have taken the Mild 1776 out of my Westy and am going to put it in my splitty crew cab

At the moment it doesn't have full flow but does have a type 4 oil cooler conversion which has worked well enough til now, but I'd like to add full flow for a filter and maybe later an external cooler if it needs it. (see how I get on in the Mallorca summer first)

I really don't want to have to strip the motor down if I can help it as despite its age its only got 15k miles and is running fine (I did 5k of them in the last 18 months) so I'm looking at these oil pump adaptors:

Has anyone used one ? Any horror stories? Any reason not to use one?

All advice welcome and appreciated ;)

They are great and work well, they are an arse in an early or late bay due to the engine brace bar but if going in your spilt it shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks

Alex
