What you got? What you want?

Just been wondering realy.

My van is a 70 Sunroof Deluxe.
I like the clean, unclutterd exterior on mine so resisted bumper over-riders but seem to be tooing and frowing as to weather or not to put a yellow spotlamp on the front  .

Wouldnt mind if Santa turned up with an original Trip/Speedo and Clock
Wont be happening though so maybe il go on the hunt next year :)

Sooooo What you got? Whay you want?

Rich

Happy christmas

Front spots, extra rear brake light, bluetooth integrated headunit for wireless music and calls, several aux gauges, 240v hookup, electric cool box - not too much longer before we install led strip lighting

For bluetooth calls and music via stereo I got one of these rather than a new headunit - Jabra SP700 - bluetooth to phone then FM to headunit, also a handsfree speakerphone:

badge bar & spots.rear mudflaps ( fronts will go on in the summer).got a set if wipac 210 fog/reverse combo on the rear.roofrack.jail bars.
I think I'd like a pair of high level brake lights in the rear window ala 70's style, rather than LED strip.

Colour changing RGB LED strips with remote controller for when you needs special mood lighting ;)
Electric washer pump.

To go on:
1X Yellow Spot
1x Yellow Fog
Leisure Battery
240V hook-up

Considering:
New stereo and speakers (still got original Mono with LW/MW only)
Propex

Hi - I've got these installed - using 4 colour changing strips and a remote - very pleased with them, got the lot from a helpful company here: http://www.xledlighting.co.uk/store/ let them know what it's for, how many LED strips and length of both the LED tape and wire tails and they can also pre-terminate it for you :)

I've fitted carpet now to hide them with enough room at the edge for the light to come up without glaring

Think I went for 10W LED Tape, could of probably gone for higher power, the tapes all wire back into the control which just takes a 12v from the leisure battery, though you'll need a switch for the controller, as when the LB gets low (<12v to controller) then they turn on and won't turn off :D

Ooh i likey! Thanks a lot fella!

Classic fog and spot to be fitted to front, rear spot will be wired as reverse light, that's it for now.

Foz,
They are Ikea specials, but I have used a different controller unit. The standard ikea one has a 240v transformer on it. Just cut it off and wire it in to the 12v. You will need to work out which is +ve. You can do this by undoing the connector block and looking at the markings, or undo the transformer and looking there. I would wire in a switch on the feed as it will draw a little current in standby. Pm me if you need details.

A little switch rigged up on wiper arm to make the washer work from it ..... also what I call a "crumpet maker", its a later westfalia grill attachment that sits on top of the cooker.

And stuff like leisure battery, hook up, battery charger, propex etc.

fitted by p/o , one voltmeter one rev counter> done by me, removed interior lights removed sound system in fact i have the nec. starting/running system and that"s that>also , having so much trouble finding a new voltage r/r on 45 amp with correct connections i reckon i could get by with a 30 amp (available) just about.
