Gearbox issues

I can no longer find neutral in my dec 71 microbus. 1st has always been tricky to find but suddenly whilst driving there was a big clonk and then no neural.. the clutch disengages gear fine but I cannot find neutral and no longer feels right at all..

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Check the coupling between the rear shift rod and the nose of the gearbox
