How easy is it to replace the seals in these places

Leaking around the gear selector shaft bit.

It's wet around here but can't see a visible leak, CPU
Is it be blowing back form one of the other leaks.

Gearboxes are a new territory for me.
 
It's not too hard. I'm a novice and manged to do the flange o rings and seals and the hockey stick seals.

I thinks I posted some pics up. Just take your time and make a note of what position things are in.
Taking the nosecone off will mean new gasket I used hylomar blue too and all is good.
When removing the cone make sure you do it very slowly so you can see where the hockey stick loCates inside and replace the brass bush too. When you replace the cone make sure you can move the rod in and out so you don't end up engine back in and the gears hung up, cos if they are it's engine out again.
I would try to be more help but now gettin in the car to go away for cople days.
