Gearstick issues

Hello again.

Struggling like mad to get my gears right, so far snapped and buggered my quickshift, so for a start need a new stick - Any suggestions?
Next i am struggling to get reverse, is there any common issues with gears, ie bushes, cables etc.

Check the front shift bush for play and the rear coupling first,sort them out and you're most of the way there.
