If any of you have fitted a locking shifter whats the best way to cut the rubber mat to fit ?
Im thinking of cutting a template out of card to act as a pattern, but if any one has done this i would appreciate advice b4 the mat ends up FUBAR.
Thanks in advance for your advice. :D

I took the rubber mat out as I didn't want to cut it, I have a seagrass mat and armed with a sharp knife I went for it and got luck hahah.

Trimmed mine with a sharp pair of scissors - didnt end up perfect but was good enough for me

Cardboard template to get it bangon then transfer jig to back of carpet (Jig Upside-down) and draw around with marker pen, use a brand new stanley knife/ good scissors.
