Grab handle behind passenger seat

Hi guys I've got a 72 crossover and need the grab handle that bolts to the panel behind the passenger seat just got a mint condition card and don't want the holes on view
Are they like rocking horse poo?

Would a handle out of a 71 Deluxe be the same...?
