Installing heater cables/levers etc

Right for the first time in my vans life with myself she's gonna have heating. New heat exchanges, cables and original levers. I have never had any of this connected at the front so really need some help with pics etc as how it goes under the dash etc??? Any help links, pics etc would be massively appreciated! Thanks Jamie
