Is there different 002 gearboxes??

Probably a silly question but is there a difference between a splitscreen gearbox and an earlybay box, both being a 3 rib 002??

Well for a start splits have reduction gears which means the drive shafts turn the other way so if you fit one to a bay you will have one forward and four reverse gears :lol:

Well I guess if you reverse the steering you might as well swap the pedals round too, that way nobody will ever be able to steal it :lol:
