I think they only get sent when the person you have sent them to next logs on, I'm sure Johnny will be along soon to confirm or not,

Bulli: as said the PMs will stay in your outbox till they are read by the recipient.... kind of like a read reciept. 8)

Marcher: can you check your registered email and that it isn't blocking the board emails as spam? change the email and see if it works, also check your UCP (user control panel) to make sure you have it set to receive board emails in the setting and try and subscribe to a thread to test it?
