It's probably your bump stops!
Best way to check is to load up the front of your bus with bags of concrete/friends/water until it won't go lower - then check if your bump stops are fouling your trailing arms - if so, you may have to get your hacksaw out (don't worry though as lowered bump stops are available from Red9!)!

I have already removed both top and bottom bump stops completly and when it bottoms out it sounds like metal on metal but I guess that could be the shocks. What did you do with yours?
 
I have been told to cut the horns off of the beam that the bump stops fix to,having now done that and I have lowered her a bit more, now the tyres occasionally bottom out on the wheel arch :)
so I guess that I can't go any lower unless I buy uprated shocks (or smaller tyres)which will probably make the ride a bit harsher, so I think I will live with it for a short time and see how it goes.
