Where should I buy the kit from? Seen a kit from westfalia supplier for 40quid.

Is it really a pig of a job? How long should I realistically set aside for it?

As per the link above (cheers gasman :D ) - I am currently carrying out this job on my bus.
I decided to go with the following seals for the windows

http://www.customandcommercial.com/vw-baywindow/window_parts/window_glass_seals--and--side_window_parts/german_quality_westfalia_louvered_window_seal_kit_68-79_1359/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

They do fit well and are great quality but it is a horrible job! Good luck, I have completed one and will be doing the other this week coming :shock:

Thank you to you both, plenty of reading StuF.

Off topic StuF, what tires are on the back of your bus? I have a set of EMPI 5s but they just scuff the arch!

wolfsburg west in the states are the best and who pretty much everyone supplies.

I did mine a few years ago with the grey seals kit, took me time and very fiddly, I also found the need for a can of silicone spray, along with a blunt butter knife and sharp knife for pushing in the seals etc. And now they look mint as if fitted when new.
Time and patience is a must, that's why I did mine in living room at nights lol.
