jk tow bar ( trailer hitch ? ) and exhaust

hi everybody

i've just buy a jk tow bar for my 71 ... but it seems there is a problem with 4/1 exhaust :mrgreen:

so , for those who use one of this product , what is your exhaust ? i'm thinking about empi single tip


also , seems there is 4 bolt on the upper parts , my 71 only have 2 ... and you ?

I have a very old version of that towbar. It's made by Watling Engineers in St.Albans I think.

I have a standard manifold and silencer on a standard 1600 SP, no clearance issues. Four bolts through the rear valance (1970)

I only use it to hold a bike rack; haven't tried towing.

IDK if that's any help but I thought I'd share anyway

i've just sell the tow bar en buy another ( 2x cost of jk ) with removable hitch ! perfect and ok for lowered bay

We have a 72 with stainless 4 into 1 manifold and back box.. jk tow bar fits with no issues
