Would love a Karmann Ghia, but other projects (and lack of funds) preclude this, but like to dream and surf the net to see what is going on in the world of KG's :D

Stumbled on this one today and for some reason, it just ticked all of my boxes

See what you think or have I lost the plot?? Sexy KG

Cool 8)

Shame about the fat chick rear lights ;)

I like dreaming as well and I'd love a KG, but perhaps I'll be a UK millionaire tomorrow night on one of the rare occasions when I've thrown £2 away on a euro ticket and then ...

oh look, I've just spotted a pig with fat chick tail lights flying past my office window

Must say I'd love one too and that one would be just the job. Recently went 50:50 and bought a lovely restored beetle with my Dad. Would have gone for a KG but he didn't like them. Strange. Wonder if we are really related sometimes

Now gone and bought one of these for our out of season and longer trips

so the KG is a long way off now

always hankered after a KG and almost bought a vert this year but for the back seat space. i opted for a beetle instead. some day though....

That is a lovely looking vehicle, but I really don't like the Halfrauds spots on the front. Would look so much better with some period spots

That car has been around for a year or two now and was featured in one of the mags some time back (VolksWorld I think) - it's a stunning piece of engineering and looks fantastic!

I still daydream about the '61 KG that is languishing in a garden near me... one day...

;)

The Bader Racing ghia is a stunning car, would love to have it parked on my drive (if I actually had one). I almost had to sell my Ghia to fund my bus but managed to scrape together the rest of the cash, it's far from perfect but it looks bad ass! Just need to get the nose down out of the clouds.

Padwah, looks like one sweet ride 8)

In 2 years time, I will be replacing my daily (Audi A8 4.2) and on the list so far or an early KG or a new Audi S8 (the one with the Lambo engine).
Hope over the next 2 years I can come to some descission

That is one seriously sexy ghia 8)

I too dream of finding one tucked away in a barn, waiting for me too slam it lol.

And I too have languished £2 on a euromillions ticket in hope of becoming a millionare, If I win it I will let you all come round and look at my Ghia

only pic i can find of my old one, loved it sold it to buy a split

And now you drive a late - you would have thought that you would have learnt from your mistakes

I've just (fairly) recently sold my early Dormobile but am looking for a Westy towards the back end of next year. I did manage to keep the Ghia though (althoug I am still suprised at that given the ever increasing family  ) ...

That there Ghia looks very nice 8) - any more pics you can pop up??

Wow, there are some nice Ghia's on here, I'd love one but cash won't allow.

Here is one of my best mates, Seth (Paul Revere):
