I have no idea what these numbers mean.
It would be fantastic if its possible to find out the paint code for my van.

This is the plate behind the drivers seat (RHD)

Any ideas? Or links to websites that may help.

Cheers Easy.

Just found out my van is a friday car
Built on th 15th week on the 5th day 1974.

g1g1 50 is paint code L30B, Kasan Red. With black leatherette seats.

The rest of the numbers just add up to a UK spec microbus apart from one thing,

Number 123 in my M code stands for 'Special suppression equipment'
What the hell is that?

Was it originally a fire engine? it looks the right colour 8)

or could be some sort of automatic fire extinguisher?

I dont think so. I heard it was used as a taxi. Everything i have found just adds up to a standard uk late micobus.
I'm not too bothered about it, at least i know the correcct colour now.

Re-spray a go go.

As your car is model year 1975, made from Aug.'74 to July '75, that means your car was made w15 friday in 1975.
