As most of you are aware we have moved to smaller Bijou premises closer to Birmingham City Centre but just off the main A45 so easy to find, but happy to open up for the morning and then as in the last 3 years now do a cruise over to Stanford Hall early afternoon ready for the Show on the Sunday.

The date is Saturday 5th May 2012 so if you are interested in coming along for a chat, coffee and nibbles and then joining the cruise to Stanford Hall then please feel free to put your name down, always looks impressive as a large group of eb's turn up at the campsite, suggest we try and get away no later than 2.30pm this year (and try not to lose anyone) so we can get a reasonable pitch at SH.

Thanks for the offer Graham, as long as you don't mind the odd late bay (with the heart of an EB) tagging along please count me in ...

I would be interested in joining this. I live in Birmingham, so a local cruise is always appealing!
Would i require advanced tickets for the Sunday? If so how much are they?

..
sent via mobile, using that taptalk app thingy!

This sounds rather good :D I'm interested only prob is :? its the Bank holiday weekend & hope she hasn't other idea's
thats if she's not still on silent running.  ;)

I'd be up for this. Hows the show in terms of family things for small kids (3 and 5) however the 3 year old knows almost as much as me about VW bus's now.

Also anyone know what size are the pitches for tents. Only one we have is a Outdoor Revolution Navigator Kombi and its a bit of a monster for one night (must actually try putting it up before then)

Anyone know the size of the plots?

dont wanna turn up and have my portable garage refused, as its the first show we'll be camping at

Anyone else taking a Navigator Kombi?

thanks
Karl

There aren't any plots, its turn up and camp where you can, (its not a huge area and each year it gets busier) we normally manage to camp together and not many people put awnings up, if its as big as you are saying it may be fun finding a space!!

I'm not sure if i can make the cruise to Stanford hall now, as much as i'd like to, see the girlfriend has work that day, and she'll want to come to the show too, but i would like to come to the open day morning, for a cuppa and a chat before you all head off. If this is still on that is?
Are you guys on the EB clubstand on show day?

I hope its not raining then as we still havent tested putting it up yet, looks like i'll have a fun saturday afternoon. Booked the the two nights now too, to make it worthwhile putting it up

So i've decided I can come on the cruise, set up at camp, then head back later to pick up the missus, then head back to camp for the night
What time is coffee and nibbles Saturday morning?? 8)

Hi Guys

A few things are conspiring to the point that this might not happen now due to some other work commitments, happy to still do a cruise from the midlands if people are interested and my suggestion is that this is from either the Malt Shovel or the Motorcycle Museum both just off the M42 on the A45 Junction.

I'd suggest meeting up from 1pm with the aim to get away by 1.30 -2.00 to be at Stanford Hall for 2.30 -3.00.

Let me know if people are still interested in doing this otherwise we'll knock the cruise on the head and meet up on site at Stanford Hall itself,

Im still waiting to see what my plans are for sat, although if i was to cruise it would mean driving all the way across cov to drive back again!
although i want to be able to find all the Earlybays and not camp on my lonesome :(
