Hi All,

Bought a microbus middle and rear seat for my van until I sort an interior...

Only problem is fitting the rear seat.

The middle seat has holes in the seat rail to hold it in place with the clampy things... which I have.

I was gonna borrow a couple of the clampy things to fit the rear seat, but the rear seat doesn't have holes in to locate it. Thus, for now I'm using bits of plywood compressed to hold it in place

Again, the backrest. It fits into this thing:

But... what else holds it into place?

Possibly some L shaped brackets here?

Thanks for any help :)

If memory serves me well the backrest just has that bracket

and the base just clamped by the pair of r-shaped clamps but they should be a snug fit to the rails....

I'll have a look later...

L shaped brackets which bolt into the side of the van and the back of the seat with probably about M8 bolts 20mm or so long.

Thanks both of you :)

Do either of you have pictures of the clamps in question so I can try to get hold of some?

Ta :)

The rear seat clamps are different, they are shorter and I don't think they have the little knobs which sit in the holes in the seat frame like for the middle seat.

Sorry, I haven't got a digital camera... Cheers, A.
