As you can see by the photo the inner arch is abit tatty and the sills have seen better days.

Managed to get the battery tray in and the inner arch repaired it's slow work but you have to press on don't you.

During cutting the left wheel arch off to replace it I discovered that some plonker has changed it before but instead of cutting the old one out they put it straight over the top and welded it on, how can you do that stand back and think that's a job well done.

I thought it was time to concentrate getting the right hand side somewhere near first before tackling the hanging left hand side, couldn't resist lowering the back while I had the arch off and having a taster of what it would look like nice and low.

While I removed the front jacking point I noticed that there was alot of the chassis legs that were rotton, when I first bought the van some1 had put under trays on the van so I couldn't see what was behind them, they were a nightmare to get off someone had seam welded all the way round all 3 of them so you can imagine the state I was in lying on my back trying to get them off. A right bitch.

It soon became apparent that I will have to change all the outriggers, jacking points, front and rear chassis cross members aswell as repairs the legs.
