Also very nice pics of the last meet - love the Porsche's and the Ghia

That looks amazing. Not familiar with that style of construction on this side of the pond. What goes in the gap between the inner grey bricks and the outer red bricks?

Hi ya, cheers :D it's a 50mm cavity, if it was a house etc I would have to put kingspan/celotex type insulation to fill the gap which further insulates the building, but as its a detached garage and not for inhabitting the actual gap is sufficient as the heat loss, sound insulation, it also stops damp from transferring through into the building from the outside due to the gap

It's been like Xmas today

You've the same bed as me, are you using three point bels in the back? If so do the foul on the bed?

J.

Hi j yes I've fitted securon 3 point belts, but they're the multi position ones, so I've fitted the inertia reel part of the belt under the seat 'cos of the full width bed if you fit the reel at high level where you normally fit it, it fouls the bed when you want to drop it down as it sticks out :D

Will hopefully get it stripped down in the next few weeks

My starting plans are 1776cc so will need the case and heads machined and I will be going from there,

This is going to be a long slowish build as time allows :D

Making good progress there Shaun. Should be the last thing to do and your bus is truly sorted. Love it.
