My 69 Panel

I got the bus a year ago now. I still remember the first drive home when a spring poked its little deviant self through the seat and ripped the backside out of my favourite trousers. took the out tonight, allegedly the trimmer is due this weekend to start retrimming.

the red basketweave proved to be a no go. I've got the front seats and door cards being trimmed in red leather first, then the rear 3 cushions upholstered and adjusted to the correct size. that has pretty much blown my budget for this year to be honest.

the trimmer managed to get some cheap apparently.
I'm having one of those believe it when i see it moments, its taking a long time to get him to start. :msn4:

Took mine for a blast down the by-pass at the back of yours & briefly exceeded the clock limit, it's amazing what a difference small tyres at the front make....

Thanks for the kind words everyone. took a few minutes to pop the seats back in, BUT having an issue with the door card clips. apparently they are right, but they are not, they are a little too wide for the holes, I would have loved to get them in today.

I still ummm and ahhh about moving it on - There's a single cab for sale at the minute (I've always wanted one and I'd like to pick up a t4 as a daily, but she who must be obeyed was not amused, especially as my bill to date including buying it is at the 10k mark :-s


These door cards were an absolute mare to fit to be honest.I'm not entirely content with the fitting, and I'm sure ill be taking them out to redo (some clips keep popping out)
