NOS part 214 957 051 E not sure what it fits

I need some help with a NOS part

it's a bay window plastic dash surround , the full bit that houses the clocks , possibly a later Bay part
part number is 214 957 051 E , I will take a pic later
the bit that has thrown me is the centre clock part is raised up :?

anyone know what it might fit , thanks

it's NOS , a bit dusty from years of being on a shelf
the mark close to the top right hand corner is not a chip , it's actually old tape where the part number ticket was

Its a tachograph pod to fit the VDO tacho.....

tachographs do sell on ebay (not seen a VDO one though)....

the correct pod would be a desireable item for those restoring a works vehicle back to pristine....

only ever seen one at a show that springs to mind....

the 72 has a black plastic lever earlier were chrome....

to be honest the 100+ is a dealer rate and most people will either fit an early or later stick, so your only likely to get that kind of money from someone wanting to keep there bus genuine.... nice looking unit though....
