Oil leak !! Bus now changes its own oil

help......oil is dripping from the bottom right corner of the rocker box, but I can't actually see where the leak starts?
I've put a new neoprene gasket and some sealer on but it still dripping.
Any idea what is in the area that may be causing the leak. Cylinder head ? It's a drip about every 10 secs, so I can't just ignore as rust protection .

Any ideas ??

Thanks, is that a head off job, engine insitu etc, or does it have to come out ?

Depends, if it's a T4 engine then this can be done with the engine in, if you haven't a T4 you can get spring loaded or adjustable tubes but these are crap so I'm afraid it's an engine out job
