De-lux trim is reproduced, but not everyone has it. If it wasn't a De-lux van when it left the factory it never will be. But each to there own, one thing i love about old VW's is every one has a different look from the next.
I say if you can fund your obsession by making and selling something, Go for it! Good luck Cunning Plan :wink:

Thanks dude 8)

I will look into this more seriously in a few weeks, this weeks task is getting the bus ready to go on a trailer to get it to my parent's house in Norfolk. Also getting my daily ready to tow the beast :? :eek:

Not a fan of them im afraid :wink:

I am with Woodslat on this one. I took mine off the first day & spent hours knocking the dents out of the front panel. They can make a van look clumsy if they are too close together. I sold mine in reasonable condition for £60 the set. I have been told that I sold them cheap, but they would have only sat in a box somewhere doing nothing.

I have Euro spec'd my Arizona Westy for a much cleaner look. The bumpers should be back from the paint shop later this week so hopefully will post some pics.

to be fair, there are plenty of people that would buy them, it will depend on price.

i like em...but i wouldnt buy repops.....as i picked mine up for a 100 bucks all told..... repops would probably end up costing more....
repop rubbers are a good thing though as my rubbers are cracked a little from old age...

Someone in the States is already doing the rubber blocks, here's their site:

http://www.bus-boys.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Look in the new products section to see it, $33 per pair.
