yeah thats pretty much it.. i used white primer sprayed lightly as i wanted a matt finish on the writing to match the paint which had a matting agent added to it.
then lightly flatted in places with 800 wet and dry, then i lightly polished it in random places to give it an uneven look.

one day il get round to finishing it....probably

Beautiful panel yoyocox. 71's rock ;)

What size tyres are you running on your steels and how is it lowered?

Thanks, you'r right about '71 panel 8)

My lowering setup is :

front :
165/60/14 tires whit sway-a-way , as soon as possible , I will ad drop spindles, no narrowed beam, but the look whit this beam looks good to me 8)

rear :
185/75/14 one innern click whith " boomerang "

Stock wheels all around .

That's all ( and sorry for my bad technical english  )

Your English is very good mate. No worries there! Thanks for the info.

Perfect stance in my book. Lowered yet practical. I'm running non-narrowed / adjusters up front and one click at the back. Drop spindles are on the list for me as well.

You seen these? http://transporterhaus.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=70&Itemid=127" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm going for a set once I've finished the engine upgrades...and the new interior...and the roof rack I've got to recondition. Oh at some point anyway.

More pics of your van please mate! 8)

Thanks homer, your link is realy interesting me, but my " ball joint " are all brand new , so, i'm looking more for welded spindles ;)

I will post some more pics as soon as my next license plates arrived,

But i never saw a pics of your bus , so, you've got to post pics first :p

bye

Loved your van Grazy and really good to meet ya at Alive and Vdubbin. We had a wicked time although needed another few days off to recover :D

Alas no, I got married the weekend after so spent that weekend in a pre wedding shopping panic.....

I did spend my honeymoon in suffolk though, saw a few nice buses kicking about which is always nice 8)

I also left my mark in woodbridge when my towing eye on the front bumper dug a nice groove in the tarmac leaving the carpark
