My mrs has been and knocked up a couple of egg and bacon pies with just the pastry on the bottom and a bit of seared cheese on the top,,,,,,,,, one with some onjibums in and one without. She always asks me which one I likes the best,,, and I keeps saying " I can`t decide my love,, best make both and me and the boys will try and decide which one this time",,,,,,, We still ain`t decided

NO MATE, This isn`t a load of stuff all gunked in and mixed like an omlette in pastry,, THIS is a proper pie with lots of chunks of meat and whole eggs broke on top and more meat then a bit of cheese sprinkled for a light top. So because it`s all chunks I call it a pie
