Hi,
I recently replaced some headlining material on the surfaces between the windows. I had to remove some plastic lugs and wondered what they are for, they were so brittle and almost powdery.

Is the top one a coat hook? And then the one below, doesn't seem to have a purpose other than to cap a threaded hole.

The one that looks like a strap was attached, was this a grab handle, coat hanger?

So glad it's Friday...

The plastic things are coat hooks and the lower hole that has the phillips head is used as a mount for a 3 point belt on the middle row of seats in a microbus.
The one in the front is again a pair of coat hooks but the rhs one has a seat belt hook that you hang the buckle on when fitted with non inertia belts on the front seats.
Except yours has broken.
