ply roof lining help?

hi i have a pannel van and at the moment it has no roof lining wot so ever only over the cab so i have fitted some isulation foil and am now looking at wot to use i like the idea of T&G but have no idea about how to do it same with the ply wot would i need to fit a ply roof and how and any advive on the T&G would be great to thanks in advance

Your best bet is to do a replica westy roof, there is a guy (forgot your his name sorry)on here selling templates for not much money, butyou will need to source the 'c' section to sit the ply in.

Probably not the correct term for it, but its the bit of aluminium that the ply sits in on either side of teh van, I'll try and get a photo for you later.

O :) cool thankyou where about is it attached will i have to drill it to the body work above the widows ? and then the ply sits in it?
 
It runs the length of teh van on each side, just above the windows, its rivited on so yes you would need to drill, and yes the ply sits in it.
