offsets are driving me mad

can a porsche teledial wheel with a 23.3 offset (with adapters) fit a 72 crossover

or do i need the 52.3 offset??

cheers
D

et 50+ is the only ones to fit as an adapter is 25mm (any thinner is not realy advisable) would alter the offset to atoun et25 when on. if you used et23 you would nee to redrill your hubs to maintain the offset

Hi,

We have a set of 4 NSU Fuch's (14"x5") which we'd consider selling.

They have something like a 44mm offset so should tuck in ok.

Also have some 112x5->130x5 PCD adaptors which would also be for sale if the wheels were sold.

Cheers,

Mike

Hi,

This is a picture of two of the NSU fuch's

babyfuch.jpg

The other two wheels are in a similar condition to the non-detailed wheel shown in the pic.

We bought them about a year ago from Mark @ The Bus Station (68 only?) - but no longer have the bus they were intended to go on :(

If you're interested I can take some more pictures :)

Thanks,

Mike

i have now had a offer on the following

SIZE 7J X 15
OFFSET ET 52.3

i have 25mm adapters - will they fit?? :|

You'll struggle to get 7J wheels on - especially the front! Better to keep an eye out for some 6's...

;)

red9 are doing 10mm adapters, are these safe?

the way red 9 do their adapters is with counter sunk stud fitted into a stainless plate then screwed to your hub with another counter sunk screw. i'd say they were safe but cost a bit more. i nearerly bought a set to fit some et 40 bimma rims of the golf as they give greater clearence due to the fat they cam be thinner. the guys at red nine are intelligent blokes but i can see why folk are a bit scared off by the way they lower the front of a bus tho
