Problem with Westy Poptop

I've got a problem with the hinge mechanism of the poptop. Basically one of the rubber "washers" is missing between the two cross members. Any suggestions on what I can replace it with?

The other problem is the pop top lifts when driving (haven't had the van for long). I'm hoping it's because of the missing washer. Is there anything else I could do to ensure it's as secured down as possible?

Have you got the rubber clips inside the van that hold it down?

Have done some more research - outside of the USA - does anyone know where I can buy these with the brackets/hardware included?
