Productive day

What a top day working on the bus sun on my back, everything going to plan for a change, had a list as long as my arm of things i wanted to check or replace as were doing a 1000 mile road trip from 1st June round the west coast of scotland

Then was on to replacing rear shoes and leaky cylinders

All no problem plain sailing

Replaced the engine oil and strainer, dead easy job, then onto the rear linkage bush

Then realigned shifter for a near perfect gear change, bit of to me to you

 

[pk1was]

Then as i went to put the engine lid down i noticed this

Luckily i had a new pin, removed the hinge and drilled out the old pin and fitted the new one.

Bit of claret on the scene here and there, but all said a cracking day, MOT on tuesday so see what happens there
