Hi all, I have a R&R bed that I bought second-hand a number of years ago for the van. IT's made from ply, and was originally meant for a splittie so we were told. I had to trim it a little to fit, but it seemed to work well enough, with foam we bought from JK.
It's nowhere near as substantial as a 'proper' manufactured job, though the hinges look professionally made, albeit they were bare metal and never painted, so have surface rust that will need rubbing down.
I used plastic cabinet blocks to locate the various panels together.
Only the wood and hinges are for sale, I'm keeping the foam for when the van is complete, I'm just fed up constantly moving the bed out of the way every time I want to work on the van !
Naturally it's disassembled at the moment. Collection only, from Woking, Surrey. pm me if interested.
