Are they easy to adjust/ rebuild? as mine are driving me craaaaaaazy - every time hit bumps and stuff

Hi!

Hmm, they do tend to rattle sometimes - make sure the knob is turned all the way so they close tight together, but if all you mech is worn, maybe a blob of silicon sealer (or those rubber buffers on the inside of the kitchen doors to stop them banging) - fitted to whichever pane is rattle-ling, on each 4 corners, or maybe grease the mech up.
Also the mozzy net frames can rattle within the window frame too. Take them out whilst driving. I have also seen a pic of a bulldog clip holding the lower pane onto the window at the bottom to stop the lot rattleing.
Some links after a quick search on the Samba

Some of those seals were an absolute b*tch to take out and replace but fortunately they give you a big length of seal rather then pre-cut pieces so there's a little fudge room. I'm not sure how'd you go about tweaking it with the windows in the bus but it's really not that had to take out, tune up and reinstall. With it out you can get at the gears easy and glob some Lithium grease in there and it'll turn nice and smooth.

Hope this helps!!

Cheers!
