re-fitting rubber seals doors and windows

is it possible to refit rubber seals and window seals without too much hassle?
just wondering as when moon bus is going in for a respray there are several rubber seals that are in excellent condition still.

In addition whilst i am saving (could be a while) I really need to buy and replace the tailgate seal and wondered if i will be able to reuse it

No problem re using seals as long as they are still in good condition.
