Hi

show me some pics of the rear end of your busses rollin' on 15 inch wheels.
I'm about to order some tyres for my new Flat 4 fuchs wheels but can't make up my mind about the size I'm going to order.
Up front I'm going for some slam tyres (165/ 50 R 15), but I need you guys for some inspiration for the rear.

dont forget, you cant mess about with the rear tyres like you can the front, your bus has been set up for specific gearing with the correct tyre, having too low a profile wil eventually fuck up your engine.

Go for the fattest tyre you can get on the back. I don't understand why people run low profile tyres on the rear, who wants a screaming engine in the back on the motorway.

I have 195/65/15 (but my gearing is also tweaked for economy).

Just thought I would add search for the stance thread there are lots of options but yes you don't mess with the back 185 65 15 or 195 just a tad wider do the trick keep around the same gearing I've ran 175 60 up front and 185 65 at the rear for 14 years no worries hope this helps

WELL SAID!

The biggest you can fit, increasing the rolling radius brings your RPM down when cruising on the motorway,

on my brm's I ran 195/65/15's

and on my erco's I can fit 205/70/15's

thanks for the feedback guys.
Today the wheels were shod with some tyres.
The front are 165/50 R 15 now and for the rears I've choosen some fat 195/65 R 15. Have to say that there a lot of diffence is size when I put the wheels together. Guess I'll have to go for some adjustable springplates and maybe notch the rear to get things even.
Will post some pictures if you guys are interested.
