Rear Hatch seal

Hello all,

I've noticed with all this rain just of late my rear hatch seal is leaking and by the looks of it needs replacing..

Anyone have any recommendations..?

Just did mine using the German quality item from C&C. Seems good product and service. Fitted well without any adhesive.
