Getting this sticky'd was for the good of the forum/early bayers present and future not for Red9's profits.
Looks like this generous offer will be forgotten about for future members once this thread has moved on to page 2,3,4,5... shame.

then the sensible thing would be to support the site and purchase a banner for a stupidly low price? we have to be fair to those advertising that is my point, nothing else.

I spoke to red 9 last year as I wanted one of their front ends for my bus and was told that their products were priced as advertised an no discount would be given.

But wouldn't hurt to give them a shout and ask. I'd still be tempted to get one of their front ends on mine.

I've been in contact with Simon via email and had a chat to Trevor (Trevor & Si that's right people now working on Vee Dubs) and both offered knock down price. Nothing wrong with a bit of healthy haggling.

Me I've yet to make a decision for front end....

cool I'm really wanting one of them wishbone conversion kits. I'm just gonna drop spindle it for now but I think get one as next winters upgrade. I won't be forgetting a 10% discount on £1800 :lol:
