Relocating a 3/4 rock and roll bed

Think I know the answer to this already but just want to ask anyway. I have a 71 RHD bus and I want to move my 3/4 rock and roll bed from the drivers side to the passenger side so I can fit some new storage cupboards. This means making new mounting holes in the bulk head. Can I do it without removing the fuel tank?

Yes, that bulkhead is not part of the fuel tank cell. It's awkward, but you can get to the back of it from underneath.
