Hi,

I'm thinking about replacing my twin weber carb horizontal bar linkage with a bellcrank linkage like this one:-

http://www.machine7.com/product.php?xProd=411" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The current setup seems to have too much play in it and the left hand carb has a tendency to stick unless its left fair loose on the bracket to the carb itself. Also, the horizontal bar nudges up against the fuel lines running in front of the fan casing which is worrying.

Anybody any experience of doing the same, pro's and con's? Any advice would be welcome.

Cheers

Mike

Mine works well, although I still needed to fit an extra return spring attached to the dissy cap clamp.

There is one on the market that has an extra spring built in....can't remember the name of it now
