rotor arm comes off

Hey guys, got an unusual problem where my rotor arm seems to slip off the driveshaft? I have checked the condition of it and it seems like new, I have now bent the small internal metal pressure spring to try and clamp it down a bit more, but I just wondered if anybody had come across this problem before?

This isn't of much help to you but I've never seen it before.

It cant come off. The dissy cap would keep even a loose one pressed down. If its loose then its either faulty or its the wrong one.
