Running lean???

Done a few hundred miles on a new set of plugs.

Those on the right bank (looking from back of bus at engine) are a bit sooty but those on left bank hardly have a mark on them

Is the left bank running hotter than the right - how do I rectify this?

Its a twinport 1600

Check for leaking intake manifold gasket and rubber boot on that side.
